Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- •Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
- •During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.
- •You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, ShiftX Energy ships exclusively within the United States. We currently ship to:
- •All 50 U.S. states
- •Washington, D.C.
- •U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) - additional shipping times and fees may apply
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery in the future. Please check back for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- •A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
- •Estimated delivery date
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order, please contact us at shiftenergydrinks@gmail.com.

ShiftX Energy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our control. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
For Lost Packages:
- 1.Check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status.
- 2.Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- 3.Check with neighbors or building management for misdelivered packages.
- 4.Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package has not arrived.
For Damaged Packages:
- 1.Take photographs of the damaged package and contents before discarding any materials.
- 2.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- 3.We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
