  • Incorrect Items: If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • Unopened Products: Sealed, unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within the specified timeframe.
  • Defective Products: Items that are defective or have quality issues (e.g., unusual taste, appearance, or packaging defects).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of beverage products and health and safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened Beverages: Any product that has been opened, consumed, or has a broken seal cannot be returned unless it is defective.
  • Used Products: Products showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for refund.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items sold at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable.

Timeframe to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be honored. For damaged or defective products, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after receiving your order to ensure a prompt resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Shipping Costs and Responsibility

Shipping cost responsibilities depend on the reason for the return:

  • Our Error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns where there is no product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

For verified damaged or defective products, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in delays and complications. Our customer support team is committed to resolving all legitimate concerns promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being banned from future purchases and may be reported to relevant authorities.
